why do we fall?

today i wasnt paying attention on my stair drill stepped wrong and fell on my ass but why do we fall?, to get back up is why so i got back up and finished hothing hurt except my pride in case you dont already know from my previous blog i am in love with my therapist she has changed my life so dramatically i owe her so much,which i'll never be able to repay but to her its what she does i thank her incessantly and she reminds me all my progress is due to my due diligence,hard work and refusal to quit i agree but it helps to have the goddess of physical therapy on my side, i'll keep working so check back soon i'll post a progress video

Tough times don't last, but tough people do. Running allowed us to strive as a species, ironically , for many, running is still needed to survive. Such a love hate relationship. However the literal climbing of hills and clearing of obstacles, the empowerment and freedom of choice is reasoning enough to continue. catching up

on october 2,2004 i suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm that left me in a coma which pissed me off cuz i then missed the greatest world series to date,but since then i've been attempting to recover as it also left me a left side hemiplegic[paralyzed on my left side] i can take a few steps with a hemi-walker or quad cane now and am very functional,otherwise i'll update you as i go along its tedious but its my grand opus
